Lounge-  A large and bright lounge, which leads directly out onto the terrace and pool. Furnished with 3 sofa's of which one converts into a double bed. TV, DVD player and CD player.

Kitchen-  Dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fidge freezer, microwave, kettle and washing machine. The kitchen also has a door and steps leading out to a patio area with countryside views.

Dinning room-  Large pine dinning table and chairs which seats up to 8 people. The room leads through to the lounge and patio doors looking out onto the garden and patio.

3 Bedrooms-  The master bedroom has en-suite and double bed. The room has patio doors which lead out onto the balcony which is situated to the front of the villa, where there are lovley sea views. The are two further twin bedded rooms to the back of the villa, one with patio doors leading out onto another balcony with countryside views.

3 Bathrooms-  Master bedroom has ensuite, shower, toilet and bidet. Large family bathroom situated upstairs, with bath, toilet, sink and bidet which serves bedrooms 2 and 3. The third bathroom is situated downstairs, this has shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.

Pool & Terrace-  The private pool (8m x 4m) heating is available (extra cost), shower and terraces are to the front and side of villa. It has a traditional Portuguese bbq, and eating area. The villa is enclosed making it safe for young children.

Villa Facilities-  The villa has satellite TV. Air conditioning. DVD player, books and games. A wood burner for cooler evenings.

Maid Service-   Twice a week.                                                                                  All linen provided except beach/pool towels.

Villa Manager-  We have a local a local manager, Stefanie who will ensure that your stay is enjoyable as possible and is on hand to answer any queries.

Extras-   A hairdryer is provided. A travel cot and highchair are also available. We do not accept pets in the villa. The villa contains all necessary facilities and amenities for self-catering .

Rental details-   Arrival and Departure dates are flexible in low season .With arrival from 12:00pm onwards and vacation on the day of departure 10:00 am.                    For rental costs please see the attached price list.

Location- Villa Feliz occupies a secluded hillside location with views across Carvoeiro.  It is ideally situated, being only a few minutes walk into the Town centre, beach, shops, grocers and restaurants.
